I. Shipping Policy

1. Production Lead Time:

• Standard Orders: Once the design is approved and payment is confirmed, production typically takes 3-7 business days.

• Bulk Orders: For large-scale orders, the production schedule will be negotiated and confirmed based on order volume and craftsmanship requirements.

2. Shipping Methods:

• Small Parcels (Under 5KG): Defaulted via DHL / FedEx / UPS express to ensure speed and safety.

• Heavy Cargo (Over 5KG): To reduce your logistics costs, we offer dedicated Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Railway options. We will provide the most cost-effective quote based on real-time market rates.

3. Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are calculated individually based on the actual weight of the goods and the destination.

II. Taxes & Duties

1. Trade Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transactions are conducted under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. 2. Buyer’s Responsibility: Any import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 3. Customs Assistance: We will provide the necessary Commercial Invoice and Packing List to assist with clearance. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs hold-ups or tax-related issues.

III. Returns & Refunds

1. Custom Product Disclaimer: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues. 2. Quality Claims: If you discover significant printing errors, material defects, or severe transit damage (excluding minor wear on outer packaging that does not affect use), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 3.
