I. Design & Artwork

Q: Can you help me with the design? A: Absolutely. We provide complimentary professional layout and design optimization services once your order (including craft, material, and quantity) is confirmed and the deposit is placed. For pre-order consultations, please provide your basic ideas or vector logos.

Q: What file formats do you accept? A: For the best print quality, we prefer vector files (AI, PDF, or EPS). If you are providing raster images, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI to avoid blurriness.


II. Samples & Proofing

Q: Can I see physical samples before bulk production? A: We offer three ways to verify quality:

  1. Complimentary Sample Kit: We provide a free sample book featuring various materials and finishes. You only need to cover the basic international shipping fee.

  2. Digital Proofing: For products compatible with digital printing, we can provide digital samples. Please note that digital samples may have slight variations in color and texture compared to industrial bulk printing.

  3. Bespoke Craft Proofing: For premium products involving complex processes (e.g., gold foiling, embossing, spot UV), the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) serves as the minimum production unit due to the required industrial tooling and machine setup. Note: Custom proofing involves tooling/setup fees and shipping costs.


III. Sustainability & Materials

Q: Are your products eco-friendly? A: Yes. Sustainability is a core value at ZIVFY. All our paper-based samples and products are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, ensuring responsible forestry. Furthermore, our products feature the Recyclable Symbol and utilize eco-friendly inks, meeting international green packaging standards.


IV. Production & Shipping

Q: What is the production lead time? A: The production clock starts the moment we receive your written approval of the final digital proof. Standard orders typically take 3-7 business days. Bulk orders will be scheduled based on specific requirements.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we provide Global Shipping. We partner with leading carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery to North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.


V. Re-ordering & After-sales

Q: Will the color of my re-order exactly match my previous order? A: Printing is influenced by humidity, ink batches, and substrate variations. While we use high-precision color management, a 5-10% industry-standard variance may occur between different batches. We recommend ordering your total required quantity in a single batch for maximum consistency.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged? A: We use reinforced packaging for international transit. However, minor wear on the outer box is normal. If the products inside are damaged, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt with photo/video evidence. We will provide a solution or compensation immediately.
