Adhesive Specifications:

Our ultra-thin adhesive layer (approx. 10-20 microns / 0.4-0.8 mil) ensures a flush, embedded look.

  • Standard Adhesive (3M 7533): The default high-performance waterproof adhesive, ideal for standard flat, smooth, and rigid surfaces.

  • Textured Surface Upgrade (3M 467): If your product features a textured or slightly rough surface, please specify during ordering, and we will apply 3M 467 adhesive for maximum bond strength.

TURNAROUND TIME

1 Week (7 Business Days) + Shipping Time. Due to the precise electroforming and curing processes required for pure metal, our standard production time is one week upon artwork proof approval.

FORMAT, APPLICATION & TRANSFER FILM OPTIONS

Order Quantity & Sheet Format: We support an ultra-low Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of just 1 piece. Please note that these metal decals are NOT supplied on rolls or individually die-cut pieces. They are delivered on a Full Master Sheet (approx. 200 x 295 mm / 7.87″ x 11.61″). Customers will need to manually cut the transfer film/backing paper to separate the individual logos before application.

Crucial Transfer Film Selection (Please Read):

  • Standard Transfer Film: Features a strong initial tack. Suitable for durable hard surfaces (like metal or raw plastic) but may leave adhesive residue on smooth PVC/Acrylic or cause tearing when applied to paper packaging.

  • Clean-Peel Transfer Film (Upgraded “Film Replacement” Process): We highly recommend this upgrade for luxury packaging. We manually replace the factory film with a low-tack, residue-free masking film. This ensures a buttery-smooth peeling process that will never tear paper boxes or leave sticky residue on delicate acrylic and PVC surfaces.
